PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE BEFORE USING Talent Attestation

BY USING THIS SITE, BY SENDING OR DELIVERING YOUR PASSPORT(S), APPLICATION(S), OTHER DOCUMENT(S) TO Talent Attestation and VisaHQ services India Private Limited YOU ACKNOWLEDGE READING AND ACCEPTING THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND AGREE NOT TO VIOLATE OUR POLICIES.

By using this site, you convey your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the terms stated in this agreement or are dissatisfied with the site please direct your complaints to Contact Us page. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action and restriction of your ability to access this site. From time to time, Talent Attestation may modify these Terms & Conditions. Please continue to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site. You agree that your continued use of the site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Talent Attestation shall not be liable for any failure to notify you of changes, and it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms & Conditions.

Visa, Passport, Schengen, and Consultation Refund Policy


If you cancel the service you may be entitled to a refund.
  • 1. Immediate cancellation of visa request within 24 hrs of making the payment: only bank charges will be deducted.
  • 2. Cancellation of visa and request of refund after 24 hrs of making the payment: 20% deduction on our service fees.
  • 3. Cancellation of visa request 24 hrs after making the payment: 50% deduction on our service fees.
  • 4. Application could not be processed after checking of documents/appointments take, (eg Extra documents could not be provided, plan is cancelled), only Embassy fees will be refunded.
  • 5. Rejection/Cancellation of visa after the submission at the Embassy, no fees will be refunded.
  • 6. E-visas are non-refundable.
You may cancel by using Cancel/Delete function in your account when logged in or by calling our service line. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all refunds can only be processed back to the same payment used. Talent Attestation cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 3 months old under any circumstances. In such cases Talent Attestation may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through Talent Attestation for 6 months. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly.

50% service fee will be retained for consultation order cancellations after applications have been processed. No refunds for applications that have been completed.

Processing time

Processing time for visas quoted by Talent Attestation are approximate and based on processing times provided by Embassy or the Consulates under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting from the date of submission of the documents to the Embassy or the Consulate. The Consulate or the Embassy may request for additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. Talent Attestation will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing, including but not limited to missed travel opportunities, lost wages, or additional expenses. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service. You acknowledge that processing times are estimates only and agree to assume all risks associated with reliance on such estimates.

Fees and Payments

You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by Talent Attestation or by any other vendor or service provider through Talent Attestation. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. Talent Attestation shall not be liable for any fee increases, additional charges imposed by third parties, or any financial losses resulting from such changes. You authorize Talent Attestation to charge your payment method for any such additional fees without further notice.

Shipping

Talent Attestation uses Blue Dart / DHL for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. Talent Attestation uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by Blue Dart / DHL or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. Talent Attestation is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client's possession or in transit, including but not limited to theft, tampering, or natural disasters. Talent Attestation strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. Talent Attestation is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. Talent Attestation cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims. You agree to indemnify Talent Attestation against any claims arising from shipping issues and acknowledge that all shipping risks are borne solely by you.

Service description

Talent Attestation does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, Talent Attestation does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, complete, accurate, and error free. Consulates often change their requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. In an event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate, you agree to hold Talent Attestation harmless. You will not hold Talent Attestation responsible for any and all inaccuracies or mistakes in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, and other information provided on the Talent Attestation website, including any consequential damages arising therefrom.

Service

Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Consular and Passport Agency officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa, or passport without disclosing the reason for denial. Processing time for visas and passports quoted by Talent Attestation are approximations based on normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Talent Attestation will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. Talent Attestation reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances. You acknowledge that Talent Attestation acts solely as a facilitator and not as a guarantor of approval, and you release Talent Attestation from all liability related to application outcomes.

Immigration Services and Consultations

Certain immigration services and consultations may be provided through VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd, a licensed immigration services provider in the United Kingdom, regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). These services are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and may include advice on visa applications, immigration pathways, and related consultations. By using these services, you agree to comply with all applicable UK immigration laws and acknowledge that VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd provides regulated advice only within the scope of its OISC license. Talent Attestation and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd make no guarantees regarding the success of any immigration application or consultation outcome. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, and any advice provided is based on the details you supply. Talent Attestation and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd shall not be liable for any denials, delays, or losses arising from incorrect information, changes in immigration policies, or decisions by immigration authorities. Fees for these services are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy, and you agree to hold Talent Attestation and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd harmless from any claims related to immigration services. These services are separate from other Talent Attestation offerings, and any disputes shall be resolved under UK law.

Use of Third-Party AI Systems

Talent Attestation may utilize third-party artificial intelligence (AI) systems to enhance services, including but not limited to application processing, document analysis, chat support, or recommendation features. You acknowledge and consent to the use of such third-party AI systems in connection with your use of the site and services. Talent Attestation does not control or operate these third-party AI systems and makes no representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, reliability, or security. You agree that Talent Attestation shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, biases, or outputs generated by these AI systems, including any advice, recommendations, or automated decisions. Furthermore, by using the site, you waive any claims against Talent Attestation related to data security and privacy breaches arising from the use of third-party AI systems, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data leaks, or misuse of personal information processed by such systems. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content for accuracy and agree to indemnify Talent Attestation against any liabilities stemming from your reliance on AI outputs. Data shared with third-party AI systems is governed by our Privacy Statement and the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers, and Talent Attestation disclaims all responsibility for how third parties handle your data.

Privacy

You acknowledge that, notwithstanding our Privacy Statement, the use of third-party services (including AI systems) may involve data processing outside of Talent Attestation direct control, and you release Talent Attestation from liability for any privacy incidents related thereto.

Communications

By using this site and our services you give Talent Attestation your express permission to contact you via email, messaging, or other electronic or non-electronic forms of communication for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials. You agree that such communications may include automated messages generated by AI systems, and Talent Attestation shall not be liable for any content or timing of these communications.

Security

By submitting registration and application forms, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID (login) and password. You are responsible for all uses of your User ID (login), whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User ID or password. Please refer to our Privacy Statement that governs submitted & distributed information. Talent Attestation implements reasonable security measures but disclaims liability for any security breaches, including those involving third-party AI systems or external threats.

Intellectual Property

This Web site, including but not limited to text, content, photographs, graphics, software applications, is protected as a collective work by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the U.S. and other countries. All logos, images, Web site design, text, graphics, software, HTML code used to generate Web pages on Talent Attestation, are the sole property of Talent Attestation and cannot be copied, adapted, sketched, painted, or otherwise reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the prior written permission of Talent Attestation. All other service marks, trademarks, names or logos, individual articles, columns and other elements are the property of their respective owners. Copyrights and Trademarks compliance

Talent Attestation takes all steps necessary to insure compliance with and honoring intellectual property rights of others. You hereby agree to hold Talent Attestation free of any responsibility and liability arising from any actual or alleged intellectual rights infringement and agree to notify Talent Attestation of any such actual or perceived infringement immediately upon discovery in writing. You also agree to allow Talent Attestation enough time to investigate and respond to any such infringement or accusation before taking any legal action.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify, hold and save harmless, and defend at your own expense Talent Attestation, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against all suits, claims, demands and liability of any nature or kind, including costs and expenses arising out of acts of violation of these Terms & Conditions by you, your employees, agents, sub-contractors, or anyone using your computer/user ID. This requirement shall extend to claims or liabilities of any third parties arising out of the use of any patented or copyrighted information or for any other reason, including claims related to third-party AI systems, data security breaches, privacy violations, immigration services outcomes, or application denials. You agree to pay any and all costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by or in connection with or arising from any claim, suit and/or action or proceeding attributable to any such action.

Termination

You agree that Talent Attestation shall have the right to terminate your ability to access this site at any time without notice and you that will not hold Talent Attestation responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever. Talent Attestation reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.

This web site contains links to third-party Web sites. These links are provided exclusively for information purposes and to assist in locating other Internet resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy of information, expressed opinions or statements, of any third-party sites linked to us or any links contained in a linked site. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision. No waiver, amendment, or other modification made by you shall be valid or binding unless in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of Virginia, USA. For services provided through VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
